Customer service was very prompt from the start. There were 3 of us traveling and between us we had 6 cases but Kia Ora said if we didn’t all mind sitting in the back seat we could have a car instead of a minivan. That set the tone for how helpful they were. Due to the bad weather in New Zealand our flights from Wellington to Auckland got cancelled twice but each time they were very happy to rearrange even with short notice.  The driver who picked us up was very knowledgeable and polite.

Very reliable services always friendly and helpful and turned up on time. Would travel with this company again. Very affordable prices.

Great service from Kia Ora Transfers all round thanks -- Taz (Driver) alerted us when he was 15 minutes away - prompt - helpful and made sure Mum was comfortable -- no rush so no stress -- gave us route options and drove well -- nice clean vehicle with complimentary water etc - helpful at the airport with trying to find a wheelchair -- there is a company that supplies them but I'm not sure how you can book one if you need it at departures - Mum could walk so it was Ok but something to know for future reference -- and very easy booking Online with good systems for confirmation - thanks very much - a stress free experience at a stressful time for my family.

We had interacted with Kia Ora Transfers through the internet from New Delhi and were impressed on their proactive response, transparency on services and competent cost.We took there services in Auckland with Pick up and drop off at the airport, sightseeing of Auckland and a day trip to Waitomo Glow worm cave and Hamilton. The cars provided were in accordance to our luggage and comfort, the drivers were courteous well conversant with our language,travel needs and routs. we without hesitation recommend their services to our friends.

We really enjoyed the service. The driver was friendly and safe. There was video entertainment for the kids.  The van was big enough and had the requested baby seat. The drive was smooth.
